Vincent Reca

Vincent Reca, age 88, of Virginia Beach, Virginia passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022. He was born July 2, 1934. Vince was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a self made man starting Valjar Incorporated with his late wife Laura Reca, building it into a successful family business for thirty-five years. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed gardening and attending the opera and most of all he loved spending time with family. Survivors include his loving wife of twenty-two years Gloria "Jeannie" Reca; three children, Paul Reca and wife Tara, Kevin Reca and wife Robin and Lecia " Precious" Reca; six stepchildren Linda and Carey Huddleston, Theresa and Keith Young, James and Michelle Harrington, Jeff Harrington, Joshua and Amanda Harrington and Justin Harrington; twenty-one grandchildren and six great grandchildren; a sister Rose Hibbs and a host of extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 3, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
