Welby Faye Hite

Welby Faye Hite, 80, of Waynesboro, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Augusta Nursing and Rehab Center in Fishersville. She was born September 1940, a daughter of the late Waid Hampton and Emily Waldine (Harner) Heatwole. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Russell Hite; son, Eric Hite, and a brother, Leonard Heatwole. Survivors include her son, Zachary Hite and wife, Sunny of Reston; two sisters, Ruby Cline of Fishersville and Shirley Pullen and husband Hugh of Staunton. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Augusta Memorial Park with Pastor Merle Fisher officiating.
