Theresa Anne McCary

Theresa Anne Mundy McCary, widow of Harry William McCary, passed away on November 1, 2017 at 103 years old. Mrs. McCary, a longtime resident of Arlington, formerly of Bridgewater, was a private duty nurse. She was a member of Arlington Church of the Brethren. She is preceded in death by her son, Donald William McCary, her sisters Marie Bowman and Millie Mundy and her brothers, Leon Mundy and C.H. Mundy, Jr. She is survived by her son, Richard McCary and wife Judy, of Hamilton; her daughter, Mary Ann Easterling, of Richmond, daughter-in-law Betty McCary, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, sisiter-in-law Jane Mundy and dear caregiver, Soma Eknag. A Memorial service will be held 4:00 pm, Friday, 11/10/17 at Arlington Church of the Brethren, 300 N Montague St, Arlington VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 3-4pm. A Funeral service will be held at Mill Creek Church of the Brethren, 7600 Port Republic Road, Port Republic, VA on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 1:00 pm followed by interment in the Church Cemetery.
