April Dawn Hattery

April Dawn Hattery, 54, of Bloomington died Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in her home. She was born March 31, 1964 in Bloomington to Jacob Peterson and Donna Mae Sims Peterson. Survivors include her husband of 8 years, John Hattery of Bloomington; three sons, Preston, Trent and Marcal Lepine of Indianapolis; a brother, Mike Peterson of Bloomington; the father of her children, Frank Lepine of Indianapolis; an aunt and uncle, Faye and Julian Duling of Spencer; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Eric Peterson. April was of the Christian Faith, and attended Souls Matter Church. She was proud to have been a stay at home mom who adored her children. She had attended Edgewood High School and was a 1982 Graduate if Bloomington High School South. She was a very kind, polite, eloquent and beautiful person who could light up the room with her presence and will be greatly missed. There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
