Kelly Annette Fox

Kelly Annette Fox, 54, of Culpeper, VA passed away on Wednesday, March 29th, 2017. She was born on January 7th, 1963 in Florida. Kelly enjoyed bowling, softball, tennis and being surrounded by friends and family. She loved to relax on the beach and watch Lifetime movies. She was a wonderful mother, sister and aunt and a great friend to the many people she had in her life. Kelly is survived by her partner, Richard Wolfe of Culpeper, VA, her three daughters, Michelle Fox of Culpeper, VA, Chelsea Fox of Brooklyn, NY and Kimberly Fox of Rockville, MD, and their father, Arthur Fox of Burke, VA. Additional survivors include her siblings, sister Rachel (Terry) Cheatle and her husband, Walter Cheatle Sr, brother Dave Francis and his wife Debbie Francis, brother Rick Francis and sister Debbie Maksymyk, nieces Rachel Seely and her husband, Steve Seely, and Nicole Cheatle, nephews Jim Cheatle and his wife, Mary Lou Cheatle, Walter Cheatle, Jr and his wife Heather Cheatle, and David Francis. Kelly also has two great nieces, Mia Cheatle and Adriana Seely and one great nephew, Grant Cheatle. The family will be holding a memorial service in the summer of 2017 for friends and family to celebrate Kelly’s life. The family will release more details when the plans are arranged.
