Anita S. Ruiz

Anita S. Ruiz, age 59, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at her home. Anita was born October 26, 1961 in Paulding, Ohio, the daughter of Lupe Ruiz who passed away when Anita was three months old. Anita enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time with her grandchildren, and loved her dogs. She is survived by her children, James (Amber) Ruiz and Laura Ruiz; grandchildren, Jeremiah Conrady, Jacob Ruiz and Bradley, Nicholas and Clark Turner; sister, Mary (Tommy) Halbert of Forrest City, AR, Nancy Ruiz of Dallas, TX, Johnny (Yolanda) Chamness of Hughes, AR, Alfred (Donna) Chamness of Hughes, AR, Jimmy (Pam) Chamness of Horseshoe Lake, AR and Josie Cupples of Hughes, AR. She was preceded in death by her foster parents who raised her, aunt Julia and Uncle Wiley Chamness and her cousin Gary Cupples who was one of her favorites.
