David Allen Heaston, 55, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019. He was born on July 18, 1963 in Findlay, Ohio, a son of the late Jack and Beverly (Courtney) Chiow. Surviving family include his brother, John Chiow; sister, Anita Shampton; two step brothers, Jacky, Jim, Jeff Chiow; and Buffy Grapengeter. No services have been scheduled at this time. Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, Fort Wayne is handling arrangements.
