Tareq Abdel-Khaleq

Tareq Abdel-Khaleq, age 31, of Fort Wayne, Indiana died abruptly on Monday, May 2, 2022 due to critical injuries suffered in an accident. Tareq touched souls through his gift and passion for creating and playing music; his kindness; his love for family and animals. He loved nature walks and being outdoors, especially at Fox Island County Park swimming with his dog and best friend, Crockett. Tareq shared that biking made him feel like a kid again and with that joy he went to be with his best friend and Grandparents. His music and the love we shared will always play on in our hearts. Tareq is survived by his mom, Brenda Lane; sisters, Latefa, Dera, Laila; and nephew, Maverick A Celebration of Life will occur on Thursday, May 12, 2022 beginning at 6:30 PM at Mad Anthony Brewing Co., 2002 Broadway, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46802. Memorial Contributions may be directed to the Abdel-Khaleq / Lane family or to Fox Island County Park.
