Janice Eisman

Janice Eisman, age 72, of Crown Point, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at her residence. She is survived by her brother Rick (Wendy) Eisman of Lowell; nephews, Fr. Brian Chadwick of Highland, Jeffrey Chadwick of Iowa; nieces, Tammy Falk of Bargersville, IN, Robin Eisman of California and Kelly Leff of North Carolina; great nieces and nephews; she was affectionately known as "Peach" by her nieces and nephews. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, William and Veronica (nee Mihal) Eisman; brother, Bill Eisman; sister, Sharon Chadwick. Janice was a graduate of Andrean High School and Indiana University. She was an occupational therapist for Franciscan Hospital of Crown Point. Private family burial will occur at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
