Phyllis Jean Dailey

Phyllis Jean “Jeanie” Dailey, 90 of Huntington passed away the evening of Friday, April 12, 2019 at Heritage Pointe of Huntington. Mrs. Dailey graduated from South Whitley High School in 1946 and was a homemaker most of her adult life. She attended Zion United Methodist Church. Phyllis was born on September 25, 1928 in Collamer, Indiana, the daughter of John Benjamin and Maudess Helen (Poland) Tschantz. She was united in marriage to Ralph E. Dailey of Columbia City, on November 22, 1047. He preceded her in death on September 28, 2018. Survivors include a son: Terry L. Dailey of Huntington; a daughter: Rebecca Dailey of Indianapolis; a grandson: Aaron D. Dailey of Xenia, OH; Anne M. Dailey of Portland, OR and four great grandchildren. Per Mrs. Dailey’s request, no services will be held at this time. Memorial donations can be made out to Parkview Hospice or Zion United Methodist Church in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
