J. Lloyd Grannan

J. Lloyd Grannan (87) passed away on December 31, 2020. Lloyd was born on May 7, 1933 to Joseph P. and Ruby Robbins Grannan. He was married to Betty J. Crockett for 40 years before her death. He was a graduate of Cathedral High School, Purdue University, (BS) and Indiana State, (MS). He served as a Medic in the Army. He worked at the Marion County Board of Health for 36 years. He had been Past President of the Environmental Association 1973 and Past President of the American Lung Association 1983. He is survived by his daughter Jill (Steven) Schultz, sons David (Dianne) Grannan and Mike (Stacey) Grannan and grandchildren Michelle & Katie Schultz, Brooke(Michael) Horan & Luke, Jacob, Justin, and Kelly Grannan. Rite of Christian burial will be at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7243 E. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219, which he was a member and also served on the Parish Council and Finance Committee, will be on Monday January 18, 2021 at 11:00 am with the service be livestreamed on Holy Spirit Catholic Church YouTube channel: Holy Spirit Indy.
