Orville Gary Arterberry

Orville G. Arterberry, 74, of Indianapolis, passed away February 24, 2024. He was born October 6, 1949 in Indianapolis to the late Orville and Borghild Arterberry. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Orville is survived by his sons, Daren (Kelly), Nick (Frankie), and James (Jared); six grandchildren, Nova, Dakota, Bryce, Jeremy, Michael, and Nicholas; sister, Irene Martin; and other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tanya, in 2012; and sister, Norene Briggs. Orville loved working on cars, watching Westerns, and being at home while spending time with his grandchildren. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 12- 1 PM followed by a service at 1 PM at Feeney Hornak Keystone Mortuary – 2126 E. 71st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220. Military honors will be performed at Orville’s residence following the service at approximately 2:15 PM.
