Patricia Rae Heischberg

Patricia Rae Heischberg, 84, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, formerly of Kokomo passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018. Patricia was born on May 4, 1934, in Kokomo to Raymond and Ethel Hite (Bryant). Pat met Marty while square-dancing in January of 1985 and they got married on Dec. 27, 1986. Between them, they have six children, 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Patricia Rae worked for Delco Electronics for almost 29 years, retiring on July 31, 1991, and moving to Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Pat was a realtor, but her real talent was being a Certified Interior Decorator. She had a talent for taking an ugly house and turning it into a beautiful home. She enjoyed arts and crafts. Pat loved life and gave love to all she met. Patty Rae will be greatly missed. Pat is survived by her husband, Martin Heischberg, and son, Randy Dale Walden. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Robert E. Walden, who died on their 30th anniversary, February 15, 1983, son Kerry A. Walden and a grandson Robert C. Walden. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel with Pastor Terry Russell officiating. Family and friends may visit Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O.
