Penny Jo Foust

Penny Jo Foust, 52, Kokomo Passed away February 26, 2021. She was born in Kokomo November 25, 1967 to James Robert & Edwina (Wood) Foust. Penny was a graduate of Northwestern High School, very outgoing and loved to be around people. One of her passions was helping people especially with special needs. She graduated from the University of Evansville with a degree in Sociology. She attended Grace Fellowship Church and was active in the community. She was married to Bradley Roger Bess with whom she had a very special marriage. They loved each other very much. She is survived by her parents, sister; Polly (Ed) Shannonhouse and several nieces &nephews. Penny was preceded in death by her beloved husband and grandparents Susanna & Lloyd E. Cronwell. A memorial service for Penny will be Thursday April 8, 2021 5:00 pm at Grace Fellowship Church in Kokomo, Indiana.
