Bruce David Addair

Bruce David Addair, 59, of Appomattox, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010 at the UVA Hospital. He was born on March 26, 1951, in Iaeger, West Virginia, a son of the late Virginia and Wallace Addair. He was a US Army veteran serving for the 82nd Airborne. He retired as a carpenter from Burleigh Construction. Bruce is survived by his son, Jeff Addair; his four sisters: Kathy Flowers, Nancy Simmons, Sue McFalls, and Sheila Smith; and his two brothers: Oscar Addair, and Allen Addair. A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 6:00 pm at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. The family will receive friends after the memorial service.
