Frances Livesay Mizell

Mizell, Frances Livesay, 91, passed away 3/11/18 in her home. She was preceded in death by her husband William and daughter Patricia Ann. She is survived by her four children, Rick, Bill, Joe, and MaryBeth, her 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Frances was a retired Henrico Co. teacher who always loved children. She was a faith filled lady who loved God, family, anyone she came in contact with and writing poetry. The family will receive friends March 14th, 6-8 PM at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home. A celebration of Life will be held Thursday, at 12 noon at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church . Interment will follow at 2:30 pm at Westhampton Memorial Park.
