Dennett Lee King

Norfolk - Dennett Lee King, 84, passed away May 18, 2017. He proudly served his country in the US Coast Guard and was a member of Fairmont Park United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris C. King; brother, George D. King Jr., and sister, Betty Maddox. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Donna King; grandsons, Sean King and Brandon Mattei; great-granddaughter, Kylie King; and one great-grandchild on the way. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thurs. May 25, 2017 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk. A graveside will be held at 1:00 p.m., Fri. May 26, 2017 at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
