Mahmoud Obeid

Mahmoud is survived by his wife of 49 years Nadima, daughters Diana (husband Dr. Hussam Timani) and Manal, son Hussam, granddaughters Taleen and Teah Timani, and a loving family. Mahmoud was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone. He was a professional woodcraftsman and his creations were art pieces. Mahmoud was a great example of how human nature at its best could look like. He was a loving soul who distributed his love abundantly to anyone he met. He was selfless, a kind and very accepting man without one bone of judgment in his body. He loved all and was beloved by all. Visitation will be held from 2:00-2:50 on Wednesday, November 7 at Woody Funeral Home, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23229. Prayers will commence at 3:00 pm at Westhampton Cemetery, 10000 Patterson, Henrico, VA 23229.
