Roland Bachert

Roland Bachert, 52, of Dale City passed away at his residence on Monday, September 24, 2012. Roland was born on June 22, 1960 in Canada to Mathis and Lore Bachert. He was the owner of B&G Stainless Works, Sheet Metal Fabricators, and did extensive work in the auto industry with custom sheet metal. His work was once showcased in Motortrend Magazine. Roland is described by his family as a perfectionist, loved by everybody. Roland is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Lore Bachert; son, Brian Bachert; three brothers, Jerry Bachert(Kathy), John Bachert (Sue) and Fred Bachert; two sisters, Inge McPherson (Larry) and Nancy Crawford; and three nieces, Lexis Crawford, Christina Hall and Dawn McDonald. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. on Thursday, September 27 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel, where a funeral service will be conducted at 1p.m. Interment will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
