Daisy Dell (Ingram) Obst

Daisy Dell (Ingram) Obst, 87, of Staunton passed away on January 30, 2018 at King's Daughters Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born July 18, 1930 in Augusta County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Herman Strickler and Jennie Francis (Peters) Ingram. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Robert Obst; grandson, Andy Bower; siblings, Gilbert and Lena. Survivors include her children, Roberta Bower and husband, Junior of Staunton, Robert Obst and wife, Thelisa of Staunton and Donald Obst and wife, Mary of Staunton; five grandsons; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; siblings, Mazie Ailer of Roanoke, VA who was her twin sister, Paul Ingram and wife, Janet of FL, Betty Altizer of Staunton and Mary of Ohio; a number of nieces and nephews. Following cremation, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
