Devyn Chanel Ransom-White

Devyn Chanel Ransom-White passed away peacefully on May 6, 2024 at the age of 25. She was born on December 14, 1998 in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she grew up. She graduated as an honor student from Landstown High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2017. Devyn graduated from Dental Careers Foundation in 2020 and worked as a Pediatric Dental Assistant. Devyn's passion was to help people and she fulfilled that passion by being an organ donor, saving the lives of four people in need. Devyn is survived by her mother, Chanel Miller and stepfather David Miller, her father, Vincent Ransom and stepmother Angelique Ransom, her grandparents, William and Patricia Howell and Donna Sherrell, her sisters Dominique Rauch (Anthony Rauch) and Jasmine Ransom, her brother, Jalen Turner, her aunt Jeena Miller (William Miller), her uncles Johnnie Ransom Jr. and Michael Ransom, her nieces, Kaelyn and Kennedi Rauch, her nephew Anthony Rauch III, and her fur babies, Meechie, Moochie, and Cocoa. The family would like to thank Sentara Leigh Hospital Intensive Care Unit for the incredible amount of care and compassion they showed Devyn in her final days.
