Juanita J. Bitterman

Juanita J. “Willie” Bitterman, 88, of Waynesboro passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Born August 21, 1934 in California, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Pearl Bjur. Willie loved crafting, shopping, and decorating. She also enjoyed gift giving to family and friends. Willie had beautiful handwriting and her family will cherish the many cards she sent them for holidays and birthdays. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Guy Bitterman. Survivors include: Daughter, Joyce Potts of Long Beach, CA. Grandson, Ryan Porter. Niece, Rosemary Schriver. Other close family members include: Sherrie Jenkins and husband Ronnie Jenkins and children (Ben, Emma, and Jewel). Carrie Schriver and her children (Rory, Seth, Hana, and Kipp). The family will have a private memorial service. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution may make a donation to Glovier Memorial UMC. Arrangements have been entrusted to Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Home of Waynesboro.
