

It is with saddened hearts the family of Jocelyn Langlois announce her passing on March 21, 2024 at the age of 68 in Auburn Hills, Michigan. She is survived by her two sons, Merle James Langlois of Vancouver, British Columbia, and Adam Dale Langlois (Rebecca) of Leamington, Ontario. Also survived by sisters Sheila Landis (Rick Matle) and Rebecca MacKenzie (Cecil). Aunt Jocelyn to nieces Leigh, Shelley, and Valerie (Jordie). Great Aunt of Elijah and Ava.
Jocelyn was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 7, 1955. Predeceased by parents James (2011) and Catherine (2021) Landis. Also predeceased by brother Raymond (1982).
Jocelyn graduated from Rochester Adams High school in 1973. She lived in many places in the U.S., including Massachusetts, Maine, Arizona and Key West, Florida. She received her diploma in hairdressing from Bruno's in Toronto, Canada, and later became a permanent resident of Canada, where she lived for 30 years. She had a deep love for Canada.
Jocelyn worked for ten years at Sorensen Greenhouses in Ruthven, Ontario, where she lovingly cared for succulent plants. She moved back to Michigan, where she was a caregiver to her mother for eight years. She loved her cat Stripey, cooking and was very interested in other cultures and languages around the world. Jocelyn had a strong faith in religion and enjoyed helping others.
