John and Joyce were our neighbors for over 30 years. Joyce was a great neighbor and friend. she was always very helpful to make suggestions on how to trim our trees, take care of our flowers and a watchful eye in our court. Our condolences and prayers go out to the family, especially to her son David who lived with her and took care of her for the last five years. There is no doubt that she is setting next to God. What a wonderful lady.

I will miss Joyce so much. She and John were the first ones to introduce themselves to us when we moved here in 1987. I loved seeing her in her Square dancing outfits, she was so happy. She kept such a clean beautiful yard and always had "suggestions" for us in what to do with ours. She was the watchman for our street at night because she couldn't sleep, sitting in her chair by the front window. She alerted me when she saw my son out at 2am. He always wondered how I knew. Joyce also knew who destroyed our mailbox one year and who toilet papered our trees. She would buy extra bananas so she could give them to the boys when they were young. A stern but loving woman, I will miss her. I pray for peace for all of you.
