Florence Ambriz

Florence graduated from St. Patrick Catholic School. She had a caring heart and found joy in caring for children. She was a selfless, kind, and loving woman whose gentle nature touched the lives of those around her.

Florence had a fondness for the color light blue and a special appreciation for gardenias, especially their beautiful, sweet fragrance. These simple pleasures reflected the beauty she found in life.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Pete Ambriz Sr. and Julia Ambriz, and her siblings Frank, Mary, Johnny, Edward, Joseph, and Pete Jr.

Florence is survived by her beloved siblings Ben, Leonard, Richard, and Steve (Annette), along with many nieces and nephews.

Florence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Though she is no longer with us, her kindness, selflessness, and loving spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.

A visitation for Florence Ambriz will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Funeraria del Angel Crespo Navigation, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, Texas 77003, with a funeral service at 12:00 pm. The committal service will conclude at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, located at 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas 77023.
