Peggy Jo Grubb

Peggy Jo (Stephens) Grubb, 83, of Bloomington passed away June 26 surrounded by family at home. Born December 17, 1936, in Monroe County. She was proceeded in death by husband, Rudolph O. Grubb, and daughter, Shari D. Grubb. She was a retired Cafeteria Supervisor for Marlin and Arlington Elementary. She was a second mother to many and known as Mamaw to all. She enjoyed spending time at local thrift shops where everyone came to know and love her. She lived for her family and always enjoyed cooking holiday dinners including her famous yeast rolls. Survivors include her children: Tony Grubb (LouAnn), Angela Emert (Brian), Amber Silver (Steve). Grandchildren: Jeremiah King, Abigail Watson, Brian Emert, Mattie Mendenhall, Blake Gladfelter, Nancy Grubb, Skyler Grubb, Lillyan Silver and Kendall King along with several great-grandchildren.
