You have fought the good fight. Well done faithful servant. We had good times singing together at Pleasant Union. Our daughters met there and are still in contact. You were a sweet and God loving woman. You were an excellent wife and a extraordinary mother. Rest in His arms. Love.
See you there...

My memory of moma Billingsley was the greatest of all. Her spirit was very transparent. She was a true woman of GOD. Graceful, Loving, Kind, Joyful, Happy, Sweet, Forgiving. All the images of our Father. What a blessing she was to me and my son even though she didn't remember him. She poured in his spirit. I will never forget you and I will forever love you. Sleep with the Angel's my sweet cousin.

Sis. Naomi Billingsley was from my late mother's hometown of Springfield, Tennessee, and the daughter of a great man of God, the late Deacon David Garrett. She actually was his caregiver at the end of his life here in Indianapolis. She had an exceptional smile and sang the song, "One Day At A Time" like noone else could. What a great mother she was as well! Rejoicing in Heaven now!

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Billingsley family. I meet Mrs. Billingsley when I taught at William Bell Elementary and we became great friends. I will never forget her compassionate, caring, and loving nature for all people. Whenever I needed sound advice or a shoulder to lean on she was the person I turned to. She will truly be missed. This is not goodbye but until we meet again.

With Love

To the Billingsley Family: when I was given the news about Mrs. Billingsley, my heart seemed as if it stopped. She was a wonderful, loving, and caring Christian Lady. God has gotten another angel in heaven. I met her long ago at Pleasant Union M. B. Church. When I would see her, she still had such a beautiful smile and a comforting word from God. She will definitely be missed.

God Bless,
Sis. Fran Yates
