Naomi Billingsley, age 85, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday August 30, 2019. Naomi was born September 12, 1933. A Funeral Service for Naomi will be held 12:00 pm, Saturday, September 7, 2019, at Living Waters Fellowship Church, 2902 East 46th Street, Indianapolis, IN., with visitation from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm at Living Waters Church. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, 700 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
