Gloria A. Peters

Gloria A. Peters, 79, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Huntington County to the late Cecil Jester and Beatrice Jester Wampler. She married Kenneth V. Peters on April 11, 1970 and he survives. She worked for Burger King on Maplecrest Road for 18 years and was an active member of Harlan Church of Christ. Gloria enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and baking. Above all she loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Pamela L. (Geoff) Hostetler, Tamara S. (David) Atchley, Jr., Timothy K. (Renita) Peters, and Mark A. (Angela) Peters; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson; sisters, Charlene (Keith) Biehl and Glenda Boyer; and brothers, Robert (Barbara) Jester and Kevin (Janine) Jester. Funeral service 11:00 am Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Harlan Church of Christ, 17108 State Road 37, with calling one hour prior to the service. Calling from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Harlan Church of Christ, 17108 State Road 37. Burial in Harlan Memorial Cemetery.
