Jack L. Broughman, 87, of Waynesboro passed away on Monday, January 6, 2020. Born August 24, 1932 in Alleghany County, he was the son the late Lacy Nelson Broughman, Sr. and Violet Gooden Broughman. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2019 at the Elks Lodge #2270, 1700 Harvard Rd., Waynesboro, VA 22980.
