Linda Jane Stanford

Linda Stanford, 70, of Toano, VA, passed away on January 31, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Martha Andrews. Linda received her Master’s degree from UVA. She was a public school teacher who taught French for over 30 years between Phoebus High School and Hopewell High School. She is survived by her loving son, Raymond Stanford; her brother, Dr. John Andrews; and her well loved animals, English bulldog, Peaches, French bulldog, Lola and her Siamese cat, Bootleg. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, February 11 at 6 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, VA.
