Scott A. Kaehr

Scott A. Kaehr, 42 of Bluffton passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Scott worked as a pipefitter in construction. He loved his family, his wife, and his boys meant the world to him. He enjoyed motorcycles, four wheelers, fishing, hunting, working on cars and being with his family. Scott was a handyman who enjoyed fixing things.
Scott was born on March 18, 1978 in Wells County, the son of Richard and Sandra (McCune) Kaehr.
He was united in marriage to Brittany Cotton on March 12, 2005 in Roanoke. Brittany survives.
Additional survivors include his parents: Richard and Sandra Kaehr of Bluffton; two sons: Hudsyn Kaehr, Harrisyn Kaehr both of Uniondale; stepson: Izayah Mason of Uniondale; a sister: Susan (Ronnie) Roberts of Craigville and grandmother: Betty Pike of Huntington.
He was preceded in death by a brother: James Kaehr.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm with funeral service to follow visitation at 2:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Markle Chapel, 415 N. Lee Street, Markle, Indiana. To honor Scott’s wishes please dress casual. We will be following the CDC’s and Indiana’s guidelines for Mask’s, Social Distancing and Social Gathering Limits.
Interment will take place at Horeb Cemetery in Uniondale.
Memorial donations can be made out to Brittany Kaehr for his children in care of Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 403, Markle, IN 46770.
