Laura "Lori" Denise Striegel

Laura “Lori” Denise Striegel, 55, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana passed away March 30, 2021 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. She was born on February 23, 1966 in Decatur, Illinois to Beverly Chirch Wright and the late John William Wright. She worked her whole career as a devoted Registered Nurse primarily to very sick dialysis patients. it was her passion to help and care for others. Lori adored her granddaughters and cherished her time with them. She was an animal lover, and had many dogs, cats and horses over the course of her life. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, which lit up any room she was in, as well as her compassionate heart and care for others. She loved dancing, music and time with her family and friends. She will always be "Our Sunshine". Lori is survived by three children, Morghan Sprigler, Brooke Cline,and Brandon Striegel; grandchildren, Paityn Grace and Elizabeth Ann; mother, Beverly Chirch Wright; a brother, Brad Wright (Leslye); a sister, Patricia Gregory (Todd); and significant loved ones, Rick Striegel, Eric Striegel and David Sprigler. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Life, a casual gathering of family and friends, will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Hubers Lake House in Starlight, Indiana. Private inurnment will be in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
