Donald E. Daugherty

Donald Eugene Daugherty, 81, passed away on September 8, 2020. Donald was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on June 1, 1939 to Harold and Hazel (Price) Daugherty. Donald was married to his loving wife, Judith Daugherty, for 62 wonderful years. He enjoyed being a truck driver and a mechanic. Donald is survived by his wife, Judy; their children, Jackie Adams, Barry Daugherty, Jerry Daugherty (Theresa), Scott Daugherty, and Cheryl Norris; one brother, Harold Daugherty Jr.; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Donald loved being with his family. In his spare time, Donald loved to be in the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, and his pets. Donald was a life member of the Marine Corps League and the American Legion Post 104. He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; one grandson, Bryan Daugherty, and one son-in-law, Randall Adams. A memorial service will be held at Roselawn Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
