Kathy Dornan

Kathy Dornan (75) of Attica, died Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at her home. She was born March 11, 1944 in Tiffin to the late Vincent and Genevieve (Melroy) Dornan. Kathy was a receptionist for Dr. Michael Tenpenny. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Attica and over the years was heavily involved in the community including serving on Attica town council, head of the tree commission, and park board when they opened the Attica pool. She enjoyed spending time in the yard, gardening and spending time with her dog, Mandy. Kathy is survived by her son: Sean (Barb) Dornan of Republic, 2 step grandchildren: Tony (Andrea) King of Dublin, OH and Marcus King of Republic, sister: Karen Meiser of Columbus, aunt: Susie Melroy of Tiffin as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister: Kay Ciminello. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 29, 2019 at the First Baptist Church, Attica with Pastor Bob Aldesperger officiating. Burial will be in the Attica-Venice Twp Cemetery, Attica. Visitation will be held on Sunday form 2-8 PM at the Lindsey-Foos-Kocher Funeral Service, 295 W. Tiffin Street, Attica.
