William "Bill" Anton Luukko

William ‘Bill’ Luukko July 18, 1937 – November 26, 2018 Our beloved William passed away peacefully after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease on November 26, 2018 surrounded by his caring family. Bill is survived by his adorning wife Lamoine Luukko (Thompson) and his children Mary-Jill (MJ) Huxley and Andrew, daughter-in law Lara Sapriken. Grandpa will be missed dearly by his two grandsons: Nicholas and Charlie. He was bigger than life both in size and heart. His smile and laugh was infectious and could fill a room. He loved the outdoors, anything cars, driving too fast and most of all spending time with his family. A Memorial Service will be held on December 5, 2018 at 2:30 pm at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, (at Yonge Street), Aurora, 905-727-5421. Reception to follow.
