He was a golf professional at Youngstown Country Club in Ohio and began working in real estate and mortgage banking after his move to Texas. Mike was the President of Austin Mortgage and Trust, served as President of the Austin Mortgage Bankers Association, and was a long-time member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association. His favorite times were spent at the Great Hills Country Club where he also served as a President and member of the board of directors. He will forever be remembered as respected mentor, colleague, and friend; but above all as loving father and grandpa. ~ An Old Irish Blessing ~ May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
