Erna Stoik

STOIK, Erna Mrs. Erna Stoik, late of Barrhead, AB, formerly of Vega, AB, passed away on February 8, 2019 at the age of 93 years. She is survived by her loving family; children, Ken Stoik (Linda) of Spruce Grove, Margaret (Ron) Egert of Edberg, Arnie (Karen) Stoik of Vega and Wes (Denise) Stoik of Vega; grandchildren, Shelayne (Mel) Toane, Arlyn (Teresa) Stoik, Lorne (Emily) Egert, Rhonda (Matt) Skinner, Julie (Bruce) Chu, Trevor Stoik (Erica), Carmen (Rob) Allan, Bradley (Brittany) Stoik, Nelson Stoik (Christy), Jared Stoik (Ruby), Dylan, Kyle and Courtney; great grandchildren, Kailea, Carson, Peyton, Abby, Cameron, Colin, Brooke, Charlotte, Garrin, Taya, Riley, Aubryn and Audree; as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Erna is predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Emma Disnaroski; husband Ewald; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and John Kroeker; 3 sisters in infancy; daughter-in-law Carol Stoik and great niece Charlene Kroeker. Visitation will be held Monday, February 18, 2019 between 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Rose Garden Chapel. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Vega Cemetery with a Memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm at the Bethel Pentecostal Church in Barrhead with Pastor Dave Findlay officiating.
