Marjorie K. Robinson

On Saturday, February 2, 2019 at her home at the Manotick Place. Predeceased by her husband Arthur. Cherished mother of Margaret (John) Harrison, David (Barbara) and John (Beverly). Proud and loving grandmother: Julie Harrison (Damien Brown-Graham), Brendan Harrison (Jennifer Clarke). Adam Harrison (Kara Hawthorne), Meaghan Harrison (Adam Smith), Cameron Robinson, Beth Ellen Eacrett (Richard Eacrett) and great grandmother of seven great grandchildren. Born in Kingston on Thames, England February 8, 1924 to her late father and mother Albert and Ellen Gunning. She was a war bride (Dec. 1945) to Canadian Soldier Arthur Robinson, and then immigrated to Canada in 1946. A Celebration of Marjorie's life will take place at the “THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL”, 96 West St., on Friday, March 29th, 2019 from 1-2pm. Cremation has taken place and she will be buried at St. Joseph’s Cemetery with her husband. If she could have, Marjorie would have taken in every last "unadoptable cat." Donations in her honour would be gratefully received by the Brantford Humane Society.
