Keion Earl Davis

Keion Earl Davis was born in Washington, DC on September 28, 1986 to Carolyn Davis-Bowman and James Bowman.
He attended schools in Washington, DC and Maryland. As a child, Keion was very inquisitive about everything that came his way. He was introduced to the world of boxing which became his passion and it won his numerous awards: 2001 Silver Gloves National Champion, DC Mayor’s Cup Champion, National Police Athletic League Champion, Black Gloves Champion, Jr. Golden Gloves Champion, and the Ohio State Fairgrounds Champion. He had an illustrious undefeated record. Keion looked forward in attending the 2004 Olympics.
Keion is survived by his parents, Carolyn Davis-Bowman and James Bowman; two brothers, Kevon and Ke’vion Bowman; five uncles, Richard Stepney, Elais, Nathaniel, Harry and Tyrone Davis; five aunts, Dorris Thurmond, Shirley Adams, Rosalind Stepney, Stephanie Lawson and Michelle Wardlaw; god-mother, Valerie Davis; one nephew, Tyreek Davis; best friends, Calvin “CT” Smith and Lamont Peterson; special sister, Tamika Arrington; and a host of cousins; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Keven Davis; grandparents, Elais and Fannie Davis and James and Lillian Bowman; two uncles, Robert Stepney and Henry Davis and one aunt, Angela R. Davis.
To all who loved and supported Keion the first 17 years of his life, “Thank You”. For all who walked with me the last 15 years of Keion’s life, you will not be forgotten. He may be gone, but he will forever live in our hearts.
