Antonio Mobilio

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle andgrandfather, Antonio Mobilio at the age of 84. He was predeceased by his loving mother Rosina, fatherDomenico and brother Domenico. He is survived by his loving wife Vincenzina, children Domenic (Elena), Salvatore (Maria), Joe, Rosa (Robert), sisters Anna (Armando) Cuccione, Carmela (Guerino) Carnovale, brother Giuseppe (Maria) Mobilio, sister in law Rosa Mobilio. Grandchildren, Melissa, Michael, Matthew, Anthony, Marco, Kayla, Ryan, Mario, Kristina, nieces and nephews and relatives in Toronto and Italy. Antonio battled his illness and fight with cancer with strength, quite determination and dignity right to the very end. We want to express our gratitude to all the staff at Coastal Health Authority, that helped with his care. Antonio will be remembered for his kindness, generosity and the fierce love for his family. He was so devoted to his wife and he so cherished all his grandchildren. He will be so missed by all that he touched in his life. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday September 7th, at 10:00 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Parish 555 Slocan St. Vancouver. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael Cuccione Foundation for childhood cancer research.
