Eduino Silveira Moitoso
March 26, 1929 – May 11, 2019

Passed away peacefully, May 11, 2019 surrounded by love at Innisfree House, in his 91st year.
Dearly loved by his devoted wife, Teresinha with whom he shared 64 full years. He will remain in the hearts of his children Heraldo (Judy), Ed (Dena) and Elmira (Lance) and his beloved seven grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. Eduino is remembered by three sisters, one brother and many family and friends from Cambridge, Oakville, Rhode Island, California and Portugal. He is predeceased by eight siblings and his granddaughter Melanie
Eduino came to Canada in 1960 to provide prosperity for his family. As a master carpenter, he modelled a remarkable work ethic and left his mark in each of his children’s home. In addition to his love of port wine, he loved his visits to his birth place in Faial Acores, as well as visiting his family in California and Rhode Island.
The family will be forever grateful for the exceptional care and support received by the wonderful staff and volunteers of Innisfree House.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at the T. Little Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Tuesday, May 14th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ambrose Church, 210 South Street, Cambridge on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 11 a.m. Interment at Parklawn Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy can be made with donations to Innisfree House and would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
