Manuel de Oliveira Medeiros

With great sadness, his family announces that Manuel passed away peacefully at Freeport Health Centre, Kitchener, on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the age of 84. Loving father of Manuel Medeiros (Tracy), John Medeiros (Julie), Fernando Medeiros (Anne-Marie), Elizabeth Sebastian (Mike), Susie Escobar (Reuben), and Steve Medeiros. Proud and loving grandfather of 13 and great-grandfather of 5. He will also be lovingly remembered by his siblings Angelina (Tony), Umberto (Aida), Uglina (Francisco) and Adriana and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Manuel is reunited with his beloved wife of 32 years, Maria Emilia (nee Machado). He is also predeceased by 4 brothers. Visitation will take place at the T. Little Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Cambridge on Monday, January 14th from 6 – 9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 10 a.m. Burial at Mount View Cemetery.
