Peter Scott Potter

Peter "Scott" Potter It is with much sadness that we announce Scott’s peaceful passing on March 3rd, 2019. Scott was born on May 14th, 1961, the second of four children of Rick and Norma Potter in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Along with his parents, he will be sadly missed by his siblings Ryan and Cinda of Celebration, Florida, Diana and Ray of Toronto and Amy and Neal of Toronto. Scott is also missed by his six nieces and 3 nephews, who when they were young, loved that uncle Scott was always available to play. Scott’s life has been filled with challenge, but he rose above them to become a very caring human being, loved by all who really knew him. Always ready with a “Hi Buddy” or “have a nice day”. In later years, Scott found a great deal of happiness with a group of very special friends at Eagle Street Christian Fellowship. A very special thank you to Jennifer and Kelly Ann for their love and support at the group home and his good “Buddy” Wayne for his friendship. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 30th at 12pm at Coutts Funeral Home located at 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge. A reception to follow in the Funeral home lounge.
