James F. Smith

James “Jim” F. Smith, 73, of Harrisburg, passed away July 22, 2019 in Garden of West Shore, Camp Hill. He was born October 23, 1945 son of the late J. James and Catherine (Spindler) Smith. Prior to retirement, he was employed with the Board of Retirement for the Commonwealth of PA. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother William Smith. He is survived by his partner of 39 years, Chester “Chuck” Behney, of Harrisburg, aunt, Florence Spindler of Collegeville and cousin Cindy and her husband, David Rader, of Landsdale. Viewing will be 6-8 PM Friday July 26, 2019 at Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St. Camp Hill. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:30 Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3435 E. Trindle Rd. Camp Hill.
