Christine Marie Gargano

Christine Marie Gargano, 72, of Titusville, FL passed away Monday, September 23, 2019. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Christine earned two Master’s degrees and spent her career teaching elementary education as well as being an adjunct professor before retiring. She moved to Florida in 2017. She also enjoyed splitting her time visiting her two sons in Arizona and Florida. Christine enjoyed cooking, especially Lasagna and pasta dishes. She loved reading, spending time with grandchildren, and traveling. She very much enjoyed her European vacations to Italy and Switzerland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rosario “Sal” Rosso. She is survived by her son: David Gargano and his wife Olivia, and son Patrick Doyle; brother, Paul Gargano; sister, Linda Trinks; grandchildren: Ava Grace Gargano, Macallan James Blackmer Doyle (and Mac’s mother, Carolyn Blackmer), and Bryce Hawks; nephews and nieces: Paul, Andrew, Lauren, Anthony, Gene, Diana, and Greg. In addition to flowers, please share a special memory, a great laugh, or recipe you might have shared with Christine in the guestbook on the website. Christine's greatest legacy was her sons and grandchildren, Ava and Mac, who she cherished dearly and with whom she instilled the meaning of true love and family ideals. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 9-10AM at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Brevard Memorial Park at 10AM.
