Phyllis Marshall

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Phyllis (Lambertson) Marshall at the age of 94 years old. Phyllis grew up in Barton, Digby County then moved to Liverpool after marrying Ray Marshall. They settled in Mill Village to raise their family of three sons. After the loss of her husband Ray, at a young age, Phyllis continued to live in the Village raising her boys who were her pride and joy. After the boys had grown, Phyllis moved to “the city” to always remain close to her beloved sons. She was predeceased by her parents, Parker and Alice Lambertson, husband Ray and sister Marion Rice. She is survived by her sons, Wendell (Trudy), Eric (Barb), Earl (Mel). Grandchildren, Karmel, Nathaniel, Tera, Parker, Justin, Eugene, Evan, Michel & Charmaine and 10 Great Grandchildren. Also survived are her adored Nieces, Karen, Brenda, Nancy and Barbara who spent many enjoyable hours together playing cards. “No love in cards” could always be heard from Nanny Marshall who loved to play cards and games. She was a fierce competitor. Family flowers only - donations to charity of your choice. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 27th at 2pm in A. L. Mattatall Funeral Home, Dartmouth. Interment will take place in Mill Village at a later date.
