Alanna Longmire

Sadly, we announce the passing of Alanna Faye Longmire age 69 of Digby. Alanna is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Sonny; daughter Rhonda (Michael) Higgins, Digby; son Chad, Digby and grandchildren, Jacob, Elizabeth, Jenna, Emma, Samantha and Mackenzie whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by: sisters Joan Comeau, Digby; Marsha Downey, Bridgewater; Valerie Titus, Chilliwack BC; brothers Larry Titus, Digby; Blair Titus, East Chezzetcook HRM and Neil (Alberta) Titus, Centerville. Alanna was a member of the Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed many hobbies including, embroidery, knitting, reading, doing puzzles and crosswords, she also loved to cook and on Sundays she liked watching her favorite football team, the Pittsburg Steelers. Alanna was predeceased by her parents Harold and Mary Madeline (Doucet) Titus and brother Ross Titus. Cremation has taken place under the care of Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby. Funeral service for Alanna will be held at the Digby Wesleyan Church on Monday April 29, 2019 at 1:00pm with Pastor Andrew Maves presiding. No flowers by the family’s request.
