Stella Parko

~ Stella Parko ~ (nee Ostrowercha) The family of Stella Parko of Edmonton (formerly of Leduc County and Sangudo) sadly announce her passing on May 3, 2019 at age 92. She is survived by her daughter Linda Berezan (Jack); grandchildren Shelagh Berezan (Damon Callas), Alexis Berezan, Gregory Berezan and Tatianna Berezan; great-grandchildren Oliver Callas, Ava and Max Berezan and their mother Gaetanne Berezan. She is also survived by sister Anne Moore of Saskatoon, brother Jim Ostrowerka of Calgary, numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends. Predeceased by her husband Frank Parko, parents Nick and Irene (Kwasnycia), sister Anne in Ukraine, infant brother Paul, brother Mike Ostrow, brother Ray Ostrowercha, brother Bill Ostrowalker and sister Jennie Deleff. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 10 at 1:00 p.m. at Hainstock's Funeral Home 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton. Interment will take place at a later date. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to Hope Mission or Salvation Army.
