On Monday, September 30, 2019 Julia Gowl Brown of Easton, MD, formerly of Ellicott City, MD. Wife of the late Melvin L. Gowl and George T. Brown. Loving mother of Harry F. Gowl and Michael A. Gowl and his wife Krissy .She is also survived by her sisters Barbara and Theresa, her grandchildren; Michael A. Gowl, Jr., Kathryn M., Melvin T., Aiden Gowl and the late David Gowl and 2 great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 (exit 6 south off Rt. 100) on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM till her Graveside Service & Interment at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD at 1:45 pm.
